I am by no means a weight trainer and don’t intend on becoming one, but I am motivated to get back on track with my diet and exercise. I wanted to try this belt and see exactly what it could do. I’ve never worn anything like it. I’m not sure what it does for everyone else, but I can share what it did for me. I wore it while I walked my dog and did some sit-ups. I sweated something fierce. I was definitely ready to take it off after my “workout.” But what I noticed while I was wearing it is that it made my back feel better. I have 2 slipped disk that flare up from time to time. I adjusted the belt to fit me snugly (easy to adjust) – when I did, there was pressure applied to my back, and it actually made my back feel better.
